I put myself behind him and prepared for the worst."Well whoever said meeting parents wasn't suspenseful." I said trying to lighten the mood. -

The door opened and my parents came in. (description doesn't matter, but the mom is fast and dad is strong. I'll be the mom :D) -
(and I'll be the dad)
"Matt, who is this young lady?" -
"Oh, hi dad. This is my friend Megan. Megan this is my mom and dad"
"I'm hungry" I said. I hadn't had anything to eat since that moose a few days ago. Matt was trying to get us to be 'vegetarians' but I had been good so far. Maybe he'd let this one go. . . -
I waved meekly. I noticed some blood.Matt, did you see you mom's shirt I think there's blood on it?
"Yes let's go get something to eat shall we?"I said(this is the dad) -

"Dad," I started. "Megan's one of us" I told him.
There was some blood on my shirt. Matt was staring at it. I thought to him What? I've been good for the past 5 weeks! It was only one, a homeless person. Your father and I split it, so I'm not the only bad one! -
"Well this is awkward."I said,"Sorry thinking out loud."When bad timing is in session,I rule. I thought.
"She doesn't smell like a vampire."I said. -
"Well, your power is strength. Believe me, she's a vampire. We were gonna go hiking together, so uh bye" I grabbed Megan's arm and left. Slowly at first then we started running.
"Bye sweety, have fun" I said before he left. -
As we were running I said,"Well they probably think I'm the stupidest person on earth now."

"What makes you say that?" I asked. I stopped for a second. If I kept running like this, I would probably pull her arm off.

"You seriously didn't see your dad staring at me? And also because of when I said 'this is awkward." I said after he let my arm go.

I shrugged and said "We can talk about how you made yourself seem like an idiot later. Right now we have to run. They'll find the note soon. You hold the stuff and I can run with you on my back"
