Idk what to do. Should I remove them from being mods, remove them from the server altogether? I dont have anyone else i know of who plays Love and Deepspace. The server has been quiet all day, which only proves my suspicions were correct. They've formed a clique.
All three of my mods, man...
They've been flirting and posting inappropriate s--- in the sfw area and then deleting it, and I've had to get on them about it. But over time, they've also made misandrist comments that I ignored or said to tone it down. Last night, they said they wanted to "kill all men" and it got reported to discord shortly after I tried to pull them aside and warn them that was not okay to post in this server or as a staff member. They made it sound like I was just being sensitive even though I literally pointed out how it broke discord TOS, and now they're mad at me because they think I reported them, and only one of them got in trouble, so the other two have ghosted the server today after they found out. Another thing is, they all told me "discrimination against men literally doesn't exist. And I've been in other servers before and we've talked about how we dislike men and nobody ever flagged us there." First of all, im sure it would be a different story if it was a trans man, or do we not count them as men? Second, the level of "dislike" may have been different, and if it wasnt, that just goes to show that the entire community probably has the same toxic mindset and the ones who spoke out were probably dismissed and talked down on like y'all did me. If you hate men, that's not my business or something I'll tell you that you're not allowed to feel. What you're not allowed to do though is encourage mass acts of violence in my server because of your hatred. That is quite literally against discord TOS, otherwise they wouldn't have punished you. It's not that f---ing hard to not say anything if you have nothing nice to say. It's really not. -
If I remove them, I literally have no staff and we have around 60 members right now. If I dont remove them, idk if they're going to try to crash out and nuke the server because they have the ability to delete things. Also, the one person who got suspended from chatting for a day made her bio intimidating as if she's trying to get to the person who made the report. And it's only the bio for this server because her regular bio is blank, so it's definitely targeted.

The moment she got reported, I knew the other two would just be yes men. They echoed whatever she said. When they voiced their feelings, they would swear while doing it and say, "not to assume who reported her, but" and then proceeds to talk about how that person would be found out and how they betrayed her. This morning, I woke up and found that an announcement had been made by the one who was restricted. Her profile was back to normal. In her announcement, she told people not to report messages to discord and just talk directly to the person they had a problem with instead, which is a huge breach in safety. I didnt know what to say or do, but other people needed help in the server, so I answered questions, set things up for them, and went back to sleep. I woke up for work and found the whole team, the three of them, had bombarded the staff chat with messages, pressuring me to respond when their initial message was posted around 12am when I was trying to sleep. I was concerned and they were honestly unpredictable at this point, so I removed their mod perms and took them to a ticket to speak to them, but I told them they needed to be professional and civil while I was at work since I couldn't talk, or else I would take action. Surprisingly, they acted normal in the server in general. But when I spoke to them, they were angry because I made a change to the server without asking them even though it's my f---ing server??? What was the change? I added a feature to privately message me directly in tickets in the event someone had an issue with staff or needed me specifically. They got offended and bit my head off for not asking them before adding that to my server and claimed it was behind their backs when it was literally in the rules that people could contact me directly, but i never had a place for them to do so without going through the rest of the staff first. When I spoke to them, I didnt understand why they were furious to the point of telling me to "act like a f---ing adult and stop hiding behind offline status" when it's my server and I can do whatever the f--- i want. And for the record, they were absent all day except for the morning, right before they found out she got restricted, and in the evening, after I made the changes, but only when their buddies from another server posted. They tried to pretend they were active all day when the log said otherwise. Like, in what world were you active in my server? The chat is blank from 7am to 6pm. 🤪

But it gets better.
I tried to talk to them and ask why they were angry about me fixing the ticket system and they said it wasnt about that. It was about making sure they donf get reported again. I told them there's no way for it to not happen again if they say something that's reportable no matter if they meant it as a joke or not, and I wasnt going to tell folks not to report things to discord. They tried to agree saying they wouldnt tell people not to report things to discord.
Meanwhile, announcement that literally tells people not to report messages to discord is still up and she can't edit it because she doesnt have perms to text in that channel now.
Suddenly, they began framing the issue as a miscommunication and saying I refused to communicate with them. However, I remember a few nights ago communicating that saying stuff like "im always down to k-ll men" is not allowed and could get reported, and instead of understanding, they responded with "discrimination against men isnt real, it's just a joke, I do this all the time in other servers and nobody ever reports it." Well, this is my server. And the very first rule is no harassment or discrimination of any kind. And you f---ing broke that rule. Multiple times. But now it's my fault when I implement a safety feature without asking if I could because you literally were talking about finding the person who reported you. So they framed it as me miscommunication and then said "but we can get past it if you promise there's better communication." What more did I need to say? I said it was against the server rules and discord tos and y'all shot that down.
But I said that I needed time to consider and they literally told me there's nothing to consider. Like? Hello? Are you my brain? Do you know what i do and dont need to consider? Shady af to say that to someone when making a huge decision on a near empty tank of focus after an 8 hour shift. I explained i needed time to decide the best course of action and how to handle things moving forward. I also explained how they made me feel like they were pushing me and bullying me into a corner and retaliating against an anonymous report, and the girl who got reported literally replied with "BTW do we get our mod perms back?"
That was the final straw. Because you literally did not care about anything else. You sat there and tried to gaslight me into thinking this whole thing was my fault. b---- I didnt say I wanted to kill an entire gender. You did. I didnt take your phone and type that s---. You did. And the rest of y'all decided to agree with that s---. Since yall wanted to be a throuple and cut up together, y'all can be a throuple and get banned together. I didn't have a rule against dating staff members. I said no forming cliques. And you know a clique formed when all three of them adamantly disagree with f---ing facts. Like, whatchyu mean "nuh-uh"? Discord literally spells out what discrimination and hateful conduct is, my guy! That's not objective. That's a f---ing fact. And y'all f---ed around and found out. -
The irony is that my homework was related to fem gamers and how hostile they are towards other fem gamers. This is why I dont hang out in strictly fem communities, and it's sad because someone in the report said the exact same thing, and that was back in 2022.

So, I'm going to take a little break, get food, and then get back to working on my homework.
The good news is even if I end up with zero on one of the things, I actually did an assignment that the majority of the class forgot about in the process, and I still need this source for my report anyway. -

So, I banned them all, right?
In 24 hours, 3 new mods volunteered, so we were back at the number we started. The last mod to join came from a partner server me and one of the old mods shared, but I didnt know this person, so I figured it would be fine. They seemed polite enough.
A little after they joined, I noticed all our emojis went missing. I thought it was a delayed reaction or something because one of the banned staff members had added them and I thought maybe discord deleted it with their messages or they private the emojis. But I woke up this morning and also saw that the emoji add messages in the emoji channel had been deleted too. I was using them just a while ago to add back the emojis that got deleted. I checked the server audit and found that the newest mod had deleted all the emojis and the emoji logs in our message channel. I didnt pull them aside and ask why. I didn't even give a reason when I banned the I just banned them and reported a raid. Then I went to the partner server and reported both them and the old mods who was also in that server. I know that person sent this one because that person had no history of knowing what occurrd in the server. They literally just joined. And those two shared a server. Unfortunately, I'm not sure how to keep people from harassing me because of the old moderators, but every time they send someone here, I have receipts, so if they come from a partnering server, they should consider themselves banned from both.
I also didnt even share with the server the laundry list of screenshots I have of their comments and behavior. I was trying to be mature. I didnt even send all the screenshots to the new mods. But when I have to report them to partnering servers for sending people via our ad to harass and raid the server, I send those mods the receipt.
What's crazier is that at least one of them have been posting about me on their status. Like, are you obsessed with me? I literally do not give a s---, so why are you hate-glazing on me in your status, bro? Shows how down bad y'all are. And while i felt sad that I had to get rid of people i wanted to be friends with, I have no remorse or regret for taking action after seeing how disgusting you guys are acting over a server that isn't even popular. Like, what the actual s---?
