I'm glad it's over now -
I'm torn between ordering safe food and eating whatever I find. Eating whatever is what made me sick, so I really dont want to try it again. But I feel guilty for ordering food so much. I mean. I had healthy food. It was veggie soup. But the stigma of ordering food often because it's not fresh and homemade tied with the struggle of eating anything period because im stressed and my body is rejecting the foods I have choked down and tried to tolerate all this time because im an adult and expect to eat whatever people give me.
