I woke up so early and I'm dreading the thought of being around people, even being looked at, maybe being ignored if I try to interact or maybe also being noticed. Even just the thought of being noticed as a being in the same space as them makes me feel sick. But then I also feel dread if I get ignored altogether. It's like I don't want to be ignored but I also dont want to be noticed. And it feels like spiders are crawling on my brain.

Idk. I almost threw up earlier after taking two bites of my food, so I put it in my backpack and brought it with me. I decided to try again before class and now I have one bite left. Stomach being weird.
