There was no doubt that Dazai was in fact the Demon Prodigy, I thought. but what is a title but just a few words?
I turned slowly to look out the window, the flower attached to my head wilted from the cold outside. I touched it lightly, subconsciously, then trailed down from my jawline to the lasting scar on my throat, deep in thought. "No... No, he's not a demon," I said, softly, Chuuya blinked in bewilderment, perhaps rage at the statement. "Osamu's a god. He's a god who gave both of us a place in the mafia. He gave both of us a purpose, a life." -
