I'm sorry for changing my name so often. Sometimes I nuke my name because of trauma linked to the periods where I once had that name. Other times, I feel it just doesnt resonate with me after a trial period of using it.

It's alright to change your name, and I don't know how much help this will be, but here are my tips for choosing a name
pick a gender you would like to represent:
if you don't know this, its a good idea to go with a gender neutral or an all gender name. you can also pick a culture that you love, if you like.
Pick words that describe you:
for example, I think i'm a friendly person, so when picking my name, I searched for names that mean "friend" or "friendly."
do what feels right to you:
just do what feels right, try on different names and see if it feels right, and if it doesn't, no shame! -
