I'm actually starting to get chest muscles which is *chef's kiss*

I was going to skip today because I feel physically yuck, but I need to keep up.

It's been hard, but on the 14th, I will have been out of the psychiatric hospital for a year.

Ive been trying to keep up with my meds. I was off my meds for a month, but I was mostly okay. I feel a lot better with the dosages I have now.

It doesnt get rid of the thoughts, but it keeps me out of the hospital.
