my presentation looks like s--- im so disappointed in myself
it's only a presentation on what i want to do for the rest of my life, no biggie -
it's genuinely so bad i've redone it dozeons of times. I've remade the script 4 times. It's just bad. It's all bad. The graphics aren't compelling, the words are a bunch of pretentious bulls---, and it all sounds disjointed and sloppy when it's supposed to be professional and inspiring

it just sucks bc its not going on my grade, it's not giving me a scholarship. Nothing about it should be this important, but i've put so much into it that failing now is just a waste, but that's all im gonna be doing. this f---ass powerpoint is worthless. It offers no good insight to anything remotely important, and isn't worth looking at, let alone reviewing for a competition

I got 3rd place in my competition
there were only 4 people in my portion of the competition but oh well -
one of my friends got 1st and I couldnt be prouder, her presenation was fantastic
can't wait to go to the statewide competition with her in a few months -
Going to Mexico to do a service project during Thanksgiving
ik im gonna wind up being pissed about the immigration stuff (I'm going there via car so I have to drive through the border) bc I was last time I went (2023) and I bet it's only gotten worse, which makes me really sad -
but I wouldn't go if it wasn't worth it, and the project I'm doing is VERY rewarding (I'm building small houses for struggling families) and I'm going with a huge chunk of my extended family, so it should be fun
