why do i crave affection but feel uncomfortable when i get it :')
like its pretty much being in love with the idea of it, but once ANYONE comes two centimeters towards me im running for the hills
for context, my family was trying to hug me and mess around w/ me and it made me feel extremely uncomfy, plus I looked like I was f---ing dying from the inside out bc I was forcing an extremely awkward smile 😭

jus kinda voicing the awkwardness of physical contact w/ people, even if they're family
the only peep I don't rlly feel awkward giving hugs and such to is my mum, everyone else is a huge no no and ppl don't rlly seem to understand it gives me an overdose of anxiety lmfao
help I jus watched the lake house and I've never cringed harder
literally had to stop in the middle of the movie bc the amount of secondhand embarrassment was painful 😭😭💀
