time to start making the person in my head reality, im not gonna back down this time cuz that sounds swag af 🕶✨
so, goals!!
instead of doing a giant load of push-ups at random times in the day for core training, ill start setting times to do core workouts, then ill set times for cardio workouts, and times for strength workouts
I won't be getting side-tracked in school, and ill start doing practices to be less socially awkward
instead of drinking 8 cups of water a day, I can boost that up to 10. the us national academies of sciences, engineering, and medicine determined that an adequate daily fluid intake should be around 11.5 cups of water for women
and doing work should be constant. I won't settle until I get AT LEAST one day done in each subject, and no breaks, even on weekends or holiday breaks
if i feel pushed to do more work, feel free to do so, but i need to finish what i click on
after I set a habit of doing these things, ill set the next goals :)

if ever feeling burnt-out, relaying work for a different time is acceptable, but I can't relay the work for more than a day otherwise ill begin falling behind
rlly wanna get a visa when im older
its not an easy process, plus ill need to put in some hard work hours, but maybe I could make it a reality if im still up for it in the future
