The main red spot has been there for a few days, but just a little bit ago I looked down and saw it was growing tentacles.
It's faint in the picture, but the top one goes to the middle of my forearm, and the bottom one goes just past.
Does anyone know what this is or if it's anything to be concerned about? -

It got rid of the tendrils, I put it on right before I went to work.
I'm going to do a second paste just to solidify it
