It is a little stressful, but I quite enjoy working three 4 hours shifts in a row.

I don't like working 8 hour shifts at one place. Feel like I'm wasting my time. I like the stimulation and change of pace
Anyways I'm finally off 😴 tired now -
Gendered language, however frustrating, has some pretty incredible connotations when it comes to things that implicitly have no gender.
Bread, (feminine)
Socks, (masculine)
Incredible. I might start gendering all my food when I eat it. It seems tentative and chaotic at the same time which is definitely the energy I'm going for -
Already do that with like plants and stuff.
People get weirdly pissed at you when you refer to a plant as "he." Ok dude, you won't call my friend by their preferred pronouns but now you're gonna white knight for the gender of my Pothos? -
I find it so interesting that we have this idea of a female Karen but it's ALWAYS men who are the entitled ones at my work

Once in awhile I'll get a silly soccer mom but they're rarely that entitled and are normally very apologetic when they want something done a certain way.
The men on the other hand act like everything is the biggest inconvenience. I ruin their whole day when we run out of brewed coffee or don't have sour cream. -

I'd almost be concerned but we both have the same headache. How does that happen -
I guess a lot of people are getting headaches from wildfire smoke but it's weird because the sky is blue here. 7/10 pain though. Painkillers won't help it
