I was watching a show about animal attacks. And this guy was attacked by a hippo, after trying to save another guy after he’d gotten his boat knocked over by the same hippo.
So like, the main guy got seriously beat up by this hippo. While the guy who’d gotten knocked over to begin with, apparently drowned and his body was found 2-3 days later.
It doesn’t make sense what.
1. He wasn’t attacked by the hippo, just knocked over
2. The shore was fairly close, and he could swim, because he had completed training as a safari tour guide, which would obviously require one to be able to swim.
3. There were I think four other people with them at the time, and not one person thought to count heads and see that one person was missing?
4. The guy who was attacked, after being dragged into shore, was told that the other guy was gone. Idk which “gone,” dead or just missing.
5. I don’t think there was any current, and the water was pretty shallow
