Wait, nevermind. You don't want liquid nitrogen ON you, of course. You want it sealed in metal and probably locked in a safe, otherwise you're probably getting a hand frozen off.

Liquid nitrogen is awesome, though. Watching things freeze instantly... never made ice cream without it.

I stuck my hand in it once and forgot there was dry ice underneath. That freezer burn hurt like hell, no joke
