  When I get bullied I say nothing but shoot a Glare at them( irl ). It will most definitely shut them up. However if I'm online, I also use DragonsFire's tactic.

  Irl, I'm clutzy as it is, sadly, so when I get bullied, it's worse. But I do glare and ignore them.
  
  Online, I like to play the trash-talk game until the bully gets frustrated and leaves.
