I’ve also had people in the factory who would leave when sent to their 15 min break and I’ve had people leave because they’d go “my arms are sore”
Like I’m not saying they can’t complain but I’m sure everyone here is in some kind of pain yet here they are still bc we need to be, not because we want to -
So real. I had a coworker get sent on her 15 and just walked out. Sent a text to my boss saying she quit after an hour of being gone 💀

right, like you gotta have some idea of what you're getting into when you apply & interview for a factory position. some manual labor will be involved regardless. but this girl was moving painfully slow, to the point where it was getting us behind, and right before our first break she complained of ear pain then all of a sudden went home lol

GOSHHH I HATE IT when I got coworkers who are so slow to the point that it piles up and messes up the flow. Used to work mainly palletizing boxes that would come down from a conveyer belt and if I was with workers who were slow it would jam up. Infuriated the hell out of me I would want to snap at them so badly

if i understand your question right, you have to individually edit each question of the quiz and each response to the question should lean towards a specific answer

I know my questions are sometimes incomplete especially when I rush the typing. But you are getting somewhere, so you are saying that I can use all the values depending on me , I guess I have been using the old quiz making system of just consistent values rather than exploiting on a whole variety of values.
I use consistent values like +1, +3 +5 0 and negative, 1 2 and 4 to keep the result outcome stable, I guess I learn to try every values.. -
Also I should try to calm down when typing to avoid mistakes or omitting some words

it's okay haha. honestly i haven't made a quiz in a while, and it's a little clunky on mobile. so i'll try to see what i can find tonight on my pc when i get off work
