i think i dicked my entire sleep schedule
i would normally stay up and watch youtube/do other things till like 2 in the morning and then go to sleep
but now ive been trying to sleep at a decent time (for me) and almost everytime i end up waking super sweaty at 2 in the morning and then cant sleep for a good few hours -
also i wanna make a big ass post about the dark souls series cuz that s--- changed my entire life
