My foot kept cramping in fundamental block I really thought I was going to cry.

I had to take my shoe off and massage my foot during water breaks, but it would cramp up again as soon as I got back to fundamental block.

I kept getting yelled at not to move once I got to my spot. It really hurt.

We did a box drill and played through the first movement, and I couldn't march correctly. It looked horrible.

We did some laps for leaving water bottles out on the field, and Noah threw up in front of me twice.
