-A cyst is a fluid-filled sac that forms on the ovary or in the ovary. It's filled with blood, sometimes a little water, and in some cases, even hair, though that is not common. Any who, women are the main targets that get cysts. Young girls and teens don't tend to get these as often. When the cyst gets too big or if a harsh movement or someone hits you close to the stomach, this provokes the cyst to rupture (burst). The pain you feel is unbearable. The pain is equivalent to giving birth.
-At first it feels like the stomach flu. I felt very nauseous, but I didn't barf. I felt like a beefy kid with pudgy legs had kicked me repeatedly in the stomach. I was in pain all night long on Wednesday. The next day, I still felt horrible. I didn't eat anything at all. I only drank water, but even that seemed to cause me even MORE pain. By 8:20pm, I was shaking uncontrollably. I was shivering, and yet the temperature was in the 90's. My mom was getting nervous. I was trembling really hard, and my breathing was unstable. It came out in ragged breaths, and I could barely muster a sentence. Despite that, my stomach felt hot, as if I had ate a lot of hot peppers. My dad got worried, and they decided to take me to the ER.
-I had a lot of blood withdrawn; about 7 tubes. I got an IV with fluids and pain meds. I got a CT scan. On the 3 time through, they gave me a dye that they claimed would make me feel like I was peeing. I wasn't too worried because I thought it wouldn't be effective. Turns out it did make me feel like I was peeing. It was horrible. I could feel the dye rushing through my body. Gross.
-After a few hours, the next day, the CT results came back, and they diagnosed the ruptured cyst on the right side... -

You remembered my last name! Wowza, I didn't expect dat! I'm just chillin on the couch, doing nothing. I can't really "do" anything. I have to "rest", and I cant walk too much (because it causes me pain), run, pick heavy objects, or eat spicy foods, or anything, really.
