For those who don't know, a Muslim man, believed to have ties with ISIS according to CBS Miami, entered a Miami gay bar with an AR-15 and sidearm and began shooting continuously for, as one witness calls it, "the length of a song". 50 were killed, and another 53 wounded, making it the worst mass shooting in US history. The gunman was killed hours after while holding hostages. It was classified as a hate crime, and even so far as to be called domestic terrorism. Please, use this site to mourn the deaths of the 50 who died, and tell where you where when you found out about it.
I was in Miami when it happened. 16 blocks away at a 24 hour breakfast diner for a friend of mine's birthday. We had already went fishing during the night and when we heard faint pops we overlooked it, then a little bit later we saw the news. I wish for God to be with the families of the victims, and the victims' friends, and that they, and America as a nation stay strong through the fog of peril.
God Bless America -
I heard about that.

This effects us all. Not only those in the LGBT community, or just those who live in the US, but everyone. This is a time to put aside our differences and stand strong, if not for our sake, then for that of the victims, their family, friends and loved ones. I myself will pray for the well being of each of them, and to help support all those harmed by it.
