  18 minutes in my eyes hurt.
  Feel really sleepy.
  It says that full effect will be taken in like 30 minutes.

  28 minutes I think full effect has taken place.
  Don't worry ur little head Jinx I'm just taking my precarious for the first time.

  I think this all was just placebo effect and nothing actually happened.
