i always hear my mom tell my brother how much she likes having me around, how she doesn't want me to be down in my room all the time. she tells my brother that she never gets to see me often. she always invites me to go and do stuff out of my room despite me declining every time. she told me she thinks i'm depressed. she says she thinks the internet is a way for me to cope with all of the stress with school and my dad's sickness. i feel bad. i feel bad that i sit in my room all day and never talk to her. i don't want to make her worried about me.

And if you don't mind answering, what is the reason why you are locked up in your room most of the time if it's not depression etc -
yeah i'll prolly go say hi to her when she comes back
i'm not sure really... i never got a professional diagnosis so i can't say it is depression
