When you setup for the quiz name, pass, all that it should be there.

While you're putting the name of the quiz, the password, your email, one of the things is set quiz picture.

"Upload a small image" -
After you set the picture, it'll show at the box of "set picture". Below that, there is "change picture" and "remove picture".
