I also have decided to tell my teacher about my depression. This time i'll do it seriously.
Any advice on how to build courage or what to say? -
Well, my Plato-nic mind is eating grass outside. If you are going to tell your teacher, just consult this with a mature and close friend. If you wait too long, he will of someone else, but if you do it in hurry, you will not get him. Just don't be impatient, and don't be too patient, either. Act as if you don't care and fake it until you make it. (It = confidence) :)

But to the P.E teacher, I have told him last year that I have something in mind. But I didn't continue. That was my bravest act ever :(

Umm, that's a good problem. Neither of my friends (irl) are mature, too. In case of it, just stand on your own feet.
Secondly, just remember, sometimes you win, but sometimes you learn. Analyse your past and make your future better. -
The mature ones is really obsessed with boyxgirl love and i don't trust them.
