  No it's not. Do you know the human anatomy at all? Let me break it down for you, egg(only people biologically female have eggs) + sperm(only people biologically male have these) = baby. It's not possible to impregnate a biological man.

  Plus, the reason they are like that is because that is the way that their bodies are made to function. Ours weren't. There would be no gender in humans if we were made to be like that.
