Its written in the Terms and Conditions

Wait a sec..that doesn't make sense. One can make an account when he/she is 13 years but can use it only when they become 15?! WTF! Then they could just make the account when they're 15..

In one way, yes, I did break. But if you see it in another (and funny) way, I didn't. It says "Usage of GoToQuiz.com is not permitted for minors under 15" Well, I am not "using" GoToQuiz.com, I am just making use of it. :P Just kidding.
