I am serious now. Everybody calls their parents differently, some call them with "Dad/Mom" while others call "Father/Mother." Both are 'gentle' words. If a person calls his mother "mom", he has the same love towards his mother as that of a person who calls "mother" to his mother.

It's my own opinion. I like all the words but "Amma" and "Abba", I love the most.
