Thread Topic: The storms are getting bad.

We have a extreme tornado warning. We are in the pink and red on the forecast. The rain is heavy. No very dark clouds. No bad wind. Should I be worried? A city over just had a tornado. I have a extreme phobia of storms. I shake. I can't breathe. I curl up in a ball. I vomit. I need someone to not lie and tell me I shouldn't be worried. Just. Calm me down. Let's talk.

Well, all you need to do is get in the basement (if you have one) and you'll be safe.

Storms? You have storms where you live?
We're I live, it's only been dark and cloudy. No rain, some gusts of wind here and there, but that's it.
It's just a storm. Storms can't last forever, can they? No, they can't. You shouldn't be worried, because storms sometimes help clean up some messes. Tornadoes, well, they destroy, but calm down and breathe. Tornadoes will end just as randomly as they come.
Don't worry about the storms. They will pass eventually. :) -

I have a basement but still.
I live in the eastern united States. I know. I just have a really bad phobia. I can't breathe already.
Tornadoes and storms here. -
But I know how you feel, when there's a thunderstorm I always think there might be a tornado.

I'm so paranoid. I just took an inhaler. I'm so scared. This is terrible. I've even had a f---ing therapist to tell me it's a phobia.

Wait a sec, I live in eastern US. Does that mean...?
