Something like, thank you, we will miss you all, the times we spent together, our talkings and jokes....all the best for future...etc...its for seniors...i need it righht now...tomorrow is the program

You can start with this and end with
"Thank you everybody and best of luck for your coming future challenges. At last, but not the least, I want to say that, we're going to miss all of you from the core of our heart. With these few words, I conclude my speech, thank you." this.
