He seemed off and I asked if he was okay and he said yes. But then I forgot to respond and the next night he sent "I'm sorry." Right away I asked for what and I haven't heard from him. I messaged him a few times and it's been two days and that's really unusual.

Yes, it has happened before and that person actually committed suicide and that is why I'm so scared.
