The one year old had like this crying tone in her voice as she handed me this doll. It looked perfectly fine. And she was like "Dead.".
She kept saying the doll was "dead". I was kinda weirded out. I gently took the doll and said, "...The Barbie doll....is dead?"
She confirmed what I said and I straightened out the doll and said "She's not dead, see?" And pretended the doll was talking to her. She just made a whimpering noise and took the doll back, then just slowly walked away.
