I see. Never been to England, so I wouldn't know.
It depends on where you're at. In the Southeast, it rains a lot, according to the average rainfall reports. Coastal Washington has a rainforest, so I expect it rains over there. Alaska and Hawaii also rain a lot, I think. But other places, I'm not sure. It just depends on where you're at in the states. It doesn't rain too often in my state, Ohio. Most of the rain is in the late winter or spring. -
In the west, it doesn't rain a whole lot. Arizona's pretty dry, Utah too, and so is California, I think. New Mexico and Colorado aren't much wetter, but they're still doing better than the previous three states.

Oh ok. I suppose it's overcast and grey quite a lot here and it can rain pretty much anytime, even in the summer we can still get showers. We often have clear skies too but I imagine it's a lot sunnier over there though.
