Okay, I need to stop with the caps lock, calm yo tits bunny.
BUT SERIOUSLY
I woke up late this morning, about 12:30 because I didn't get back from that s---ty school band thingy until 1 last night and I was up later than that because of leg cramps but my mum comes into the room and this is basically the conversation we have.
mum: So, you know how you're going to Germany with your Aunt and Uncle in the army base after you graduate high school?
Me: yeah.
mum: Well, how much fun do you think you're going to have spending three months on an army base?
Me: I was actually thinking about only going one month and then come back to get things organized for college. (at this point I was thinking she was going to tell me that I couldn't go)
Mum: oh... well, your father (step father but whatever) and I were talking, and what if, instead, we could spend one month, like you wanted to, in Europe. We'd fly into Reykjavik, then Copenhagen, then Berlin, spend time with your aunt and uncle, drive to Paris, then drive to Dover through the Eurotunnel, then go to London and maybe Edinburgh? We could drive to Belgium too. I'd take a month off of work during the summer so we could do that. I know we won't be able to go to Poland, Lithuania, Italy, Spain, and the other Nordic countries you want to visit, but I was thinking it would be better than nothing. This is all going to be over the course of the month, too, and we'll be saving up for tickets and everything today.
I seriously started crying I am so f---ing happy and pumped for this. -
Sounds awesome.

Geeky, this is f---ing awesome. I don't know how much I've talked about how much i want to get out of this country for once and visit someplace else, but hearing this just made my day.
(wow, now reading through what I wrote it almost seems like I said Poland, Lithuania, Italy and spain were nordic countries xD) -
Not sure if US army bases allow visitors to stay with the people there. Might be different at german bases though.
(your geography is A+ it is all nordic) -
I don't think we'd be on the literal base. I think what my Aunt and Uncle do is they get a house paid for that's in the city that the base is near. I don't think they'd let children on a base, period. (they have my two younger cousins)
(yup, Italy, Poland, Lithuania, and Spain are totally Nordic because f--- Denmark, Iceland, Finland, Sweden, and Norway, they're fake Nordics) -
Ahh, ok. That makes sense.
Also, I get on a us mil base in uk on a fairly regular basis (dad was in army) so they do allow kids on. -
At least, that's what my Aunt would most likely want to do, knowing her and what she likes x3
Oh, that's cool :3 What's it like on a base? -
It is a mirror image of america. Everybody has american cars and the houses all look american. They also have american food shipped over from america.
Very american. -
now all you need is a s--- ton of stuff made in China, along with Bald Eagles everywhere and AK-47's firing every two seconds.
