When you do a backbend, you have to fall backwards and hope that your hands will hit the ground and not slip. I hit my head on the ground so many times. ;u;

We have a hill in the backyard, so Alyssa put the mat on the hill facing downwards. I did a back kickover because of the way it was facing. It was a little easier to kick over. It was fun.
I was attempted to do a front flip, but Alyssa wouldn't let me. xD -
