Thread Topic: I'm scared that my brother might not come home.

My brother has classes that start at 8:00 PM, and he's supposed to get back around 10:00 PM.
The thing is, he has to take the bus/train through some really bad neighborhoods. I'm afraid that he might get shot/stabbed/killed/robbed/kidnapped.
Any suggestions on how to calm down? My paranoia's through the roof right now and I'm practically about to cry. -

Try looking through some articles on Buzzfeed, or listening to music you like. Also, I heard breathing slowly and deeply is a good option.

I already tried that, but it seems to make it worse. I'm just really scared that I might lose my only brother.

I have to take a bus to and from college as well. But the neighborhood has an eerie/peaceful feel to it around nighttime.
