2. Make a buttload of quizzes that are meaningful and that people will take
3. Post on the forums a lot
4. Make polls
5. Borrow a Junior account from someone else -
How do I borrow the account, when no one wants to share their accounts?

Borrowing an account is last resort. Most people need to level up on their own. I think you can do it in 3-4 weeks without having to borrow an account
