It's for Virgo's outfit concept. Her flower crown is going to have three tiny leaf branches coming out and she can develop wings, just like in the Virgo photo. -

I was uncertain because I thought you wanted a particular person to answer. It looks innocent and stuff. What about cowgirl boots instead? That would look better. And the bag going sideways. The bangs should be more textured but otherwise, it looks great!

As for the hair, it should be more curvaceous and the dress should be a tad more flared out for the va-va-voom look. Maybe a ring with a skull to add an emphasis on the "cute but dangerous" look just to make it seem more noticeable.
