Someone asked me if I was ready for school since it starts tomorrow, and my response way Physically, yes. Emotionally, no.

Yeah, and open house is today. I get my schedule, I get to see who my teachers are, and I get my school calendar. It starts at 3:00 PM EST.

I'm kind of happy to go back because I get to see my friends, I get to actually eat food instead of be hungry all of the time, and I just get a fresh start to the new school year.

I don't see the point of going on a Friday, do you go to school Monday-Friday? -

I've never gone back in September. I'm used to going back within the first week of August. Wow.
I like going back on a Friday. They use it as a day to show the kids around and help them figure out ehat to do. I go to school Monday through Friday on a regular school week. -

This is one of our earliest starts. Sometimes (like next year) we go back on September 7.
I prefer going back on a Wednesday because we don't go too late in the week. -

It's because we leave school really late (July 17)
So we have a few easy days (doing simple work) rather than just 1. -
That's understandable.
