If you thought that then you could've said something sooner. I have tried being nice to him on many occasions but he didn't respond.

I thought I made that pretty clear within my first couple posts in this thread. Is what you're trying to say, "I tried using a friendly tone when I told him he was unintelligent in hopes that he would improve but he didn't change, so now I'm being mean about it"?

I meant sooner as in days ago or whenever you thought I was going too far. No I tried explaining to him nicely how he could improve many times but he just didn't listen and I guess I found it difficult to ignore him after that
