I use my scarf, but I can't breathe very well if I keep it on for too long, so I only use it to dress up and make myself feel better for a few minutes. -

The binder I use now can last me for about eight hours on a good day until I feel like I'm gonna pass out and have to take it off. I try to keep it on as much as possible.
