Yeah, but even anime has correct proportions and anatomy. Though the title specifically said that she meant the drawing to be in a more cartoon-like style. And even if so, you're not supposed to draw hands like that in cartoons. It's not humanly possible to have a backward hand.

They can delete the art because they are a moderator. Anime is placing the art in the wrong place so Maru has a right to delete it. -
