Capricorn design will be based on this: A 1920s flapper(snorts and snickers, flapper xD)
And Cancer will be designed after this type of style:
They're both dancers and have an interesting background and past and fate. -

Cancers are modest, so she likes wearing dresses and gowns and she's much more prudent and conservative then Capricorn which likes dressing in a bit more provocative or skin-showing clothes, even if she's a bit shy but mostly to be fashionable and 'snazzy'.
