IT IS LEGIT ONE THIRTY IN THE MORNING
HELP ME SLEEP -
I ALSO HEAR VOICES AND VISIONS BEFORE BED
As a believer of magic and psychic power I think it could be slight clairvoyance/clairaudience, but I'm also super in touch with my subconscious.
It's not "magic" per say, either. It's learning how to manipulate energy and use your mind for focus. -

I'm not. I suck at astral projecting too. I try and focus but can't get calm enuf to do it without falling asleep

My technique is throughout the day,try and focus on a simple story line.Once you get in bed think about the story before you fall asleep.When you do,you will see a key item/key pattern and then your story falls into place. :D
