  it was a long and hard battle...many did not survive
  
  I came back to say that we also drink almond milk and I used it making french toast and it made it taste awesome.

  I attempt to cook with coconut oil...it tastes good. Just not the food

  I dislike coconut but I must include it when I'm making my grandfather's breakfast. Health benefits, I guess.
