No, when I was in 4th grade I was no where as good as you XP plus most 4th graders draw graffiti XD

Your's is like semi-realistic/cartoon/anime/badass
It kind of reminds me of Emezie Okorafor's art-style. It's simple yet it has much details that makes it endearing and unique. You have a sharpened sketchy small line/thick line balanced detailed type of art which I find very amazing because some artists cannot pull that off,including me lulz

Try combining styles, try drawing in someone's style (not someone too better than you) and find ways to make it easy to draw in your own way. Works for me X3

What he said about my Moon Jester:
To be honest this looks fine since you use pencils. His body anatomy is normal for a tall thin guy and not so muscular. If you want to show a well built body you need to have his upper and lower part of his hands have some difference on the "fatness" like on top it will seem more muscled than lower. His face though looks feminine but maybe that's how he is supposed to be. For example the body here is completely manly (old drawing of my CP Legion) The only bad thing about this pic is the head and neck. The neck should have been slightly thinner and the head a bit fatter than the neck and taller/wider. One more thing is that the head lines shouldn't touch the neck's lines but finish before it with a chowder. I do this as well but the chin shouldn't be pointy. Instead try making it smoother.If you want to make someone muscular make his shoulders and back bigger and his arms as well. His waist will be smaller but if done right it wont look feminine at all *(Shoulders-Chest should make a triangle with its tip touching the belly button)*
