Not because of how you look, per say, but...
You place your hand on the mirror, and you grasp for your face. A question echoes loudly in your mind as you attempt to immerse yourself into reality. "What do you want to do? What job? Can you take it? What are you?" These questions scream in your thoughts, repeating themselves. You begin to hurt. What is real? What is not real? You can't know for sure. These desperate fingers against the glass curl into a fist as you collapse, eyes stinging. You don't know shy you're crying because thinking about it hurts. You're trapped once again.
Because that's how I feel. -
I feel the same way, but I don't cry. I try to either avoid looking in the mirror or look myself in the eyes, because some how I'm reassured that everything is okay. XP

I used to look in the mirror a lot. I don't anymore. Not because I'm trying not to, though.

We have a lot of mirrors in my house, its hard not to see your reflection at some point. I hate it...
