It's Ramadan? (Trying to find out another Muslim fasting holiday)

We have a wood railing and I just got a piece of it stuck in my hand. It still hurts but less than it did.
Yeah, well, I saw it with its owner. That was relieving. Turns out it was just a neighbor dog that most likely got away and ran up our hill, then ran back home. -
