Is it bad that I'm keeping count of the days it has been and a diary on how worse I'm getting every day I spend without him at my side?

I think that's it's partially bad and partially bad. It's good that youre expressing your feelings by writing them down, but it's bad that you're counting the days and not letting go.

It's not even me really expressing my feelings, it's more of me putting a date at the top of a page, writing how many days it has been, and a list of reasons why I can't have a relationship. I don't think I'm ready to let go yet. Hell, I feel like pretending we're still together.
