Starting at 24:38-25:07 you can hear a women saying that its stupid. Oh? Well duh f--- the character's react by the emotions of the picture, idiot. Like, why are you even there?

It's a Ask An Anime Character Panel. Where there are random characters from different animes all in one panel and the people get to ask them questions. There's a female complaining how it's not funny and saying other annoying comments about the whole thing.
