My brother is supposed to be working outside, but instead he is blaring the radio in his truck so loud that I can hear it clearly from my room though the closed window, and he's like five hundred feet away too.

I would go up to my brother and take his keys and throw them in the forest.

We actually have a forest too, so that might work.
